If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, please follow our guidelines for returns:
You must first email email@example.com for authorization and a return form. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We recommend insuring your shipment. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well. Items damaged from improper packaging will not be accepted. Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within five (5) business days. A refund, minus shipping, will be credited back to your original method of payment.
If you would like to exchange an item for another piece on our site, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, product you ordered, and what you would like to exchange it for. Please note that a separate, new order may be required. If we have the item in stock we will ship out your exchange as soon as we receive your return. We will only accept returns for exchange if they meet all criteria listed above for an acceptable return. We will ship the exchange to you at our expense.
Custom designs are not eligible for return or exchange.
